At Love to Ride we have one mission: to get more people riding bikes. One of our favorite things is hearing inspiring stories, direct from our riders. The Love to Ride Stories feed is the best place to see the positive impact biking can have at a personal level. Here are some of our favorite stories and survey feedback...

Riding for health

The Two Normans

Norman Gregory (99 years old) and Norman Kelly (70 years old) featured on our blog this month for joining Ride it Out and completing their goal to ride 1,000miles in March.  They've been inspiring other riders in Suffolk, UK to ride and sharing great advice. In Norman Gregory’s own words, “If you don't make yourself get up and go out when the weather is ok, you will get worse so you have to keep at it. If you don't exercise you rust!”

Check out the Stories page on Love to Ride to read more inspiring stories.

It's an excellent tool that you can use to find stories from riders in your local area. You can see what people are enjoying about bike riding and even what motivated them to start riding in the first place.

We love reading through all the stories to see behavior change in action!
